Kyronix Solutions provides custom software engineering, AI LLM fine-tuning, CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), network cabling, and IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The scope, specifications, deliverables, and service levels (SLAs) for any project are defined strictly in the corresponding executed Master Service Agreement (MSA).
For all custom software and CRM development projects, the client retains 100% intellectual property ownership, copyright, and database rights of the custom code created specifically for them, upon complete clearance of final invoices. Kyronix Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing library utilities, core brand assets, and general methodologies.
You agree not to use our websites or APIs to perform unauthorized vulnerability scans, load testing, or cyber penetrations. Any attempt to disrupt system performance, run automated scraping bots, or inject malicious scripts into our contact endpoints will result in immediate IP blocking and legal action.
Kyronix Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business interruptions, loss of profits, database corruptions, or cloud server billing surges) arising out of the use of our services or static templates. Our liability is capped at the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in the preceding 6 months.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kyronix Solutions is registered, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the competent local courts.
